This app is a grand waste of time! Lost so much productivity time trying to access my account. Whereas on the website I am able to log on, I cannot activate my ebooks there either. Not even worth my 1 star....Utter rubbish!
Never been a good app. Constantly logging me out. But got even worse after the update, now I cannot bookmark pages because the button is behind the battery icon of my tablet.
Unable to retrieve my ebook account
Not even worth 1 Star. CANNOT log in while entering correct pw and username but instead displaying 'Not found' message. Pathetic
Avoid BPP at all costs, just spend more and use Kaplan instead. I'd give zero stars if I could
The app is not user friendly. It logged you out and doesn't allow for log in although your details are correct.
PLEASE FIX THE PC APP!!! The Android app is okay, but you are basically forcing people to use the Android or iOS apps because the PC app has been broken for so long. After a while the UI elements all disappear and it becomes unusable. Please fix it!
